Cirò Riserva DOC “Dalla Terra”

All the strength of the Cirò identity is summarized in the Dalla Terra wine. Full-bodied, subtle and complex with tenacious tannins. It pairs best with sheep or goat dishes, as well as wild boar, or aged cheese.    

Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore

The Cirò Rosso is abundant and dynamic, with decisive and distinctive tannins. The fullness of  this wine is paired best with red sauce, even spicy, pasta dishes, stewed or braised pork and lightly aged pecorino (sheep) cheese.

Cirò rosato

The Gaglioppo is har- vested a bit earlier compared to the gra- pes used for the Red wine. non linear and expansive. Pairs nicely with fish soup (zuppa di mare), cured meats, non-aged chesse and traditional dishes in Cirò such as octopus and bell peppers.

“Diversamente” Cirò Bianco

The Greco Bianco must stays in con- tact with the peels for 2 days. Broad and deep, orange and peach blossom aro- mas, and light tan- nins giving structu- re and persistence. Perfect with vegetable and egg dishes, as well as white meat and fre- sh cheese.

Cirò bianco

Made entirely from Greco Bianco grapes, using soft pressing techniques. The wine is delicate, straight, nimble and savory. it pairs well with seafood dishes, from fried fish, to shellfish and vege- table pasta recipes
